By paying this invoice you agree to the following Terms & conditions:
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 500.00 for each carpet, seat burn, vehicle interior damage or vomit.
Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law except on vehicles with a divider between the driver and passengers such as the stretch limo.
All deposits are Nonrefundable. The company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on trip and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
Any fines resulting from the passengers’ behavior, activities or instructions will be paid by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the trip without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the clients).
It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in some of our vehicles, please ask before you pay for the reservation.
Overtime pay will apply after the first 10 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Overtime is charged in 1-hour increments for hourly services.
Black Diamond Exclusive is Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted, accidents, etc.).
All reservations require a credit card on file even if you are requested to pay via Zelle (for some last minute reservations we might ask for payment via Zelle).
Cancellation Policy:
For vehicles accommodating up to 7 passengers (Sedans & SUVs), a 10% cancellation processing fee of the total reservation amount will be charged if you notify us via email at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. If the notice is given less than 24 hours before the pickup time, the full charge, including all fees and gratuities, will apply. For hourly reservations, a 48-hour notice is required. 1 week in advance is required during large events, concerts...etc.
For vehicles accommodating 8 or more passengers (Vans, Buses, and Stretch Limos), a 10% cancellation processing fee of the total reservation amount will be charged if you notify us via email at least 14 days before the scheduled pickup time. If the notice is given less than 14 days before the pickup time, the full charge, including all fees and gratuities, will apply. 1 month in advance is required during large events, concerts...etc.
A 10% cancellation processing fee of the total reservation amount will be charged on all cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice for Sedans or SUVs and at least 14 days' notice for all other vehicles otherwise it will be a full charge including all fees and gratuities. NO EXEPTIONS. (Except Events reservations 1week for sedans and SUVs and 1 month for larger vehicles).
Black Diamond Exclusive is NOT responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
If you're late for your pickup, additional charges may apply in certain situations:
- Airport pickups: For domestic flights, we offer 30 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands, and 60 minutes for international flights. After this period, extra charges may apply for each additional minute, depending on the type of vehicle booked.
- Non-Airport pickups: We provide 10 minutes of free waiting time. After this, additional charges may apply for each extra minute, depending on the type of vehicle booked.
- Hourly service: No extra charges will be incurred if you are late for your pickup, as your time starts at the scheduled pickup time, but you will have to pay for the extension of your trip beyond the scheduled drop off time.
Balances to be paid in full before the trip start time. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
All Cancellations are subject to NON REFUNDABLE 10% processing fees charge of the total amount of each reservation as soon as you pay for the reservation. NO EXEPTIONS.
